 The second step is 'systematic time management'. At this stage, it's crucial to identify and eliminate non-productive and time-wasting activities. Self-assessment will help you discern which tasks do not contribute and should be refused, which tasks can be delegated, and what activities are wasting your time. This will enable you to utilize your time as efficiently as possible.


 The final step is to consistently integrate the available time correctly determined by recording and analysis. Leaders need to find ways to utilize work hours intensively for effective time management. Editors or researchers can opt to work from home one day a week, while others can choose to work during the morning hours.
